Have you ever had to send a late birthday card? I LOVE this new greeting in the Something Fancy stamp set from Stampin’ Up!
I don’t know about you but I mostly remember about someone’s birthday on the date itself. So even if I send a card that day, it will arrive late. Do you relate?
To the rescue: Something Fancy stamp set and this greeting that says: “I didn’t forget your birthday, I’m just stretching the celebration.” Perfect way of putting it, kind of funny. Check out the other unique greetings in that stamp set: “you matter to so many,” “nothing fancy, just love.”
Did you notice how the greeting is so nicely matted with another label? The Something Fancy dies have several label shapes that layer together. Of course with the Something Fancy bundle you save 10%
Also, the Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper that is part of this suite in the new Jan-Apr Mini catalogue (p. 15) is beautiful as you can see on the card. It pairs very nicely with the Painted Texture embossing folder. That folder is very versatile and I use it everywhere.
I also love the colours in that paper. There are several combinations that I know I will use in future cards.
However, if you need a regular birthday card and not a late birthday card, you may want to check this fall version. Likewise, you could change the papers in this card and have a completely different card.
