I will explain how to make the blue square but first here are the supplies you will need to make this cute thank you card:

Butterfly Gala stamp set
Seaside Spray Classic Stampin’ Pad
Terracota Tile Classic Stampin’ Pad
Terracota Tile cardstock 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
Whisper White cardstock 5 1/4″ x 4″ and scrap for the butterflies
Butterfly Duet punch
Woven Threads Sequin Assortment
Block D
Stampin’ Spritzer with water
Stampin’ Dimensionals

Instructions

Your first step is to fold the Terracota Tile cardstock in half to make your card base and set aside.

Then, take your block D and press it into the Seaside Spray ink pad. Hold it at arm’s length and lightly mist using the Stampin’ Spritzer. I say lightly because you don’t want it too wet.

Next, press the block onto your piece of Whisper White cardstock. Indeed, this is the same as using a stamp. And voila, you have this beautiful background.

Stamp your greeting with the Terracota Tile ink at the bottom so you can glue that piece to your card base.

Now, stamp the butterflies of your choice onto a scrap piece of Whisper White Cardstock using the Terracota Tile ink. After that, punch them out together as they will match perfectly. Use dimensionals to attach them to your cute thank you card. Add a few sequins and make sure to send it to someone!

I highly recommend you purchase the Butterfly Gala stamp set and the coordinating Butterfly Duet punch. There are so many images to mix and match and have fun with.
