This “thinking of you” card is easy to make and I will give you the step by step instructions so you can make it yourself.
To make this card, you will need a couple tools. You will need a die-cutting and embossing machine and the Poppy Moments Dies from Stampin’ Up!
This set of dies has beautiful flowers and leaves to die cut but it also has this nondescript set of flowers. What can you do with that? This card is one example and soon, I will share another card that also uses the Shimmery White Emobssing Paste.
So to make this card, you will place the multi flowers die at the top of a 3 1/4″ x 4 1/2″ piece of Whisper White cardstock. Next, you want to run it through you die-cutting machine. Remove all the little bits of cardstock. You can use this brush to make it easier.
Then you turn the die 180 on the same piece of cardstock and run it through the machine again. All of a sudden, you have a beautifully die cut group of flowers! Adhere this piece to a 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″ piece of Flirty Flamingo cardstock with some SNAIL adhesive.
Attach your panel to your card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Finish it off
All that is left is the greeting. My sentiment is from the Peaceful Moments stamp set that coordinates with the Poppy Moments Dies and is available as a bundle so you can save 10%. I stamped the sentiment with Flirty Flamingo ink on a 1″ x 2″ piece of Whisper White cardstock and attached it to the card with dimensionals.
And that’s it for the instructions to make a Thinking of You card.
